Ingredients:
Gluten free spaghetti
pinch salt
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Half a ball of mozzarella, diced
2 handfuls of fresh basil
Method:
1. Crush garlic into frying pan, with 1 tbsp oil, chopped onions and sugar.
2. Heat up the pan slowly allowing the onions to caramelise.
3. Once a nicely softened add the can of tomatoes and a can of water.
4. Allow the mixture to bubble and so to thicken.
5. Now boil some water in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and 1tbsp olive oil
6. Once boiling add in the spaghetti (follow timing instructions on packet).
7. Turn down the heat for the sauce and add in mozzarella. Stir, allowing cheese to slowly melt.
8. Drain the spaghetti well and then toss into sauce to coat fully.
9. Tear the basil and add at the end. Enjoy!
