Salat Khyar Ingredients:
1lb cucumber
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 lb yoghurt
1 tbsp salt
Salat Khyar Method:
1. Peel and dice cucumber
2. Crush garlic with salt and mint and stir into yoghurt.
3. Add cucumbers to yoghurt and mix.
4. Serve with mint garnish.
