Cooking Workshop in Petra, Jordan


When in Petra, Jordan, I went to a cooking workshop at Petra Kitchen. The workshop involved going through what we would be cooking, dividing into teams whilst cooking and then sitting down and enjoying our own work. The following dishes we worked on at the workshop and I will be publishing one each day. Enjoy!
